UK Shipping

Flat Rate: £5.00

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 24.

Orders are usually dispatched the same or next working day, with most deliveries arriving within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail 24 includes delivery confirmation once your parcel has been delivered.

While we always aim to meet these delivery times, occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control.

International Shipping

Whether you’re ordering from the UK or overseas, every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our studio using trusted delivery partners.

Orders leave our studio in the UK via Royal Mail before being handed to established local postal services for final delivery—for example, USPS in the United States, Canada Post in Canada, PostNL in the Netherlands and DHL in Germany.

Most international orders arrive within 5–14 working days, depending on destination.

Where available, all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means any applicable import duties and taxes are paid before delivery, so you won’t face unexpected customs charges or unnecessary customs delays when your order arrives.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

International orders include full tracking from dispatch to delivery. UK orders include delivery confirmation once your parcel has been delivered.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with all original tags and original packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning your order, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for items lost during transit.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

No problem. Contact [email protected] before returning your item and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Every order is checked before it leaves our studio, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
