Any dispute arising between a customer and Inspected Limited will be settled in accordance with British Legislation.
If you are unhappy with our products they can be returned or exchanged provided that they are in saleable condition. Please notify us within 7 days of your shipments arrival that you wish to return for refund or exchange. All products must be returned unworn and in the original packaging, with the original tags attached. If our customer care team do not feel the above points are met it is in their discretion whether the item is suitable for return.

All items returned to us must be sent using a recorded/tracked service only. Allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by the customer.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class for domestic and Royal Mail Airmail for international shipping.
For all shipping inside the UK we use Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Signed For dependent on your choice at checkout. Items are insured up to £35.00. It is very unlikely for shipped packages to go missing, however if you would like extra insurance on your package this can be arranged by contacting us at the time of your purchase.
Please allow approximately 1-5 working days for UK deliveries.
If your order is above £100, you qualify for free tracked shipping. Your tracking number will be available through the link in your shipment email.
For all European & International orders we use Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Airsure dependent on your choice at checkout. Items are insured up to £35.00. It is very unlikely for shipped packages to go missing, however if you would like extra insurance on your package this can be arranged by contacting us at the time of your purchase. Although unlikely, please be aware that charges may now apply for shipments to the EU. This may be based on your own country’s tax and administration charges. If you are subject to pay any fees, please get in touch with us and we will reimburse/assist you.
